'Wistful' was painted by Lesley at a demonstration given to the Cape Town Art Association. The images show the progression of the portrait. Lesley limited herself to the the palette used by the artist Zorn: yellow ochre, paynes grey, cadmium red light and white. The whole painting was done in 1 1/2 hours!
